Painting

Layers explores the relationship between the analog and digital worlds. While digital tools are often used to imitate traditional artistic techniques, this work reverses the process: a physical painting recreates the visual language of a digital glitch. Fragments, interruptions and overlapping layers transform the aesthetics of a corrupted image into an abstract composition.
